IAM Consular Camp

IAM is hosting this Consular Camp where the officials from the Indian Consulate, Chicago and VFS would be present in person to provide their services.

The Consular Team will provide the following services during this camp:

1. Issue of Life Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate (based on passport particulars), NRI Certificate, Police Clearance Certificate
2. Attestation of Documents : Power of Attorney/ Will/ Affidavits/ Affidavit for child’s passport to be issued in India/ Copy of Indian Passport/copy of Aadhar card/ Applicant’s signature on PAN application form/
3. Affidavit of applicant for NORI- I and NORI-III Application
4. Affidavit for child’s passport to be issued in India
5. Registration of birth

And several other services provided by the VFS team are:

1. Indian Passport/Visa/ OCI Services
2. Renunciation of Indian Passport
3. GEP Service
4. Police Clearance Certificate

Complete the online application form on the Govt. of India website for the service they are applying for and print the form. After completing the form on the government portal, please make a note of your Application Reference Number (ARN), File ID, or Application ID, and then print the form. You should then return to the VFS website to proceed with the next steps to complete the application process. Create a profile on the VFS website, pay fees, and generate the payment confirmation letter. Customers should collect the required documents as per the checklist. This step must be completed and all proof brought to the Consular Camp.
